We offer rooms to rent as of immediately for shortstay with a maximum term of 6 months!

The rooms vary from 9m2 to 17m2 and are all equipped with a single bed, mattress, blanket, cupboard and a desk with chair.
The two largest rooms have also a sofa and a shared balcony.
The kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet you share with 3 housemates.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine, which also dries the laundry.
In the kitchen there is a fridge with a small freezer and a dishwasher.

All of the rooms will be rented out exclusively to expats.
The prices of the rooms vary from € 425,- to € 550,- per month including gas, water, electricity and internet.
